Yes! The 1:1 coaching packages all come with a weekly check in option. Silver has a monthly coaching call and Gold has a bi monthly coaching call included.
Yes, once you are in you can switch, no problem, each package does come with a different cost but we can work that in.
With an active 1:1 coaching package I can add on any of the running programmes to your plan at no extra cost. If you leave the coaching however the running programmes will not be included so to retain access you would have to purchase a running programme.
You can leave at any time! No minimum monthly commitment. Once you are in you are in, once you leave your portal is deactivated and you are free to go! You can be in for 1 month or forever!

No! This is an on demand programme so you can start when you are ready.
Once you purchase a running program it is yours to keep for as long as EventFit is in operation.
Absolutely! If you are quite new to consistent running start with a 5k plan and progress through.
I am an exercise physiologist, personal trainer and consider myself an all round ‘weekend warrior’ . I enjoy lifting, running, cycling and generally exercising. I have a BSc and an MSc in Equine Science and additionally a PhD in Human Exercise Physiology. As well as an EventFit coach I am also a Senior Lecturer (Sport and Exercise Sciences) and Programme Manager for the BSc (Hons) Strength and Conditioning degree at Hartpury University. I started EventFit to bring energy and truth to equestrian athletes to help them achieve their riding goals with evidence based information regarding equestrian fitness and performance.
